Processing time
Ready-made pieces ship within 2–3 business days. Commissions are made to order and usually take 2–4 weeks — you'll get progress photos along the way.

Every piece is wrapped by hand in the studio. Here's how it gets from Alyssa's worktable to your wall, shelf, or play kitchen.
Shipping within the US
Everything ships USPS with tracking. Standard delivery lands in 3–5 business days once it leaves the studio. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on size and weight.
Packaging
Wool is soft but it likes to keep its shape. Hoops and framed pieces are wrapped in tissue and cushioned in a rigid box; small sculptures and play food travel in padded mailers.
Local pickup
If you're nearby in Texas, choose local pickup and skip the shipping cost. Alyssa will email you to arrange a time and place after your order comes through.
International
International orders are possible case by case. Email before ordering and Alyssa will quote postage to your country.
Damaged or lost parcels
If something arrives crushed or goes missing in transit, send a photo within 7 days of delivery and it will be repaired, remade, or refunded.
Returns
Because each piece is one of a kind and made by hand, sales are final — but if something isn't right, reach out. Commissions are non-refundable once work has begun.
Caring for wool
Keep pieces out of direct sunlight and away from damp. Dust gently with a lint roller or a soft brush. No washing, please.
